Success Stories
Tablet case
Case for new larger sized tablet to fit existing catering trolley
Challenge: How to make a larger tablet secure using the existing locking mechanism, and without removing the existing bracket.
Solution: We designed a new larger metal bracket with tablet case that slides into the smaller existing bracket, and utilises the existing lock.
Police firearms camera holder
Holder for new body camera, allowing access for secondary camera
Challenge: How to achieve a ‘perfect fit’ both in terms of positioning and holding.
Solution: We used a 3D print of the camera for sample making and production QC, and constructed the carrier using ‘stretchy’ CSM material.
Button covers

Challenge: Create highly durable, easily identifiable button covers.
Solution: We created a mould for high quality ABS plastic, utilising different markings and colours.
Shoulder strap tablet case
Tablet case for train ticketing sales
Challenge: Ensure tablet case is worn on shoulder strap rather than the waist to avoid it getting damaged.
Solution: We utilised self-seeking Fidlock® magnetic closures, making it easy to open, close, and hold the tablet case in one hand.
Onboard sales bag
Cool bag, giving extra capacity for onboard seasonal cold drink sales.
Challenge: How to secure the bag to the existing point of sale equipment.
Solution: We incorporated supermarket trolley grab handles.
